ShaggyMac ships across the USA, Canada, and many select International Destinations.

ShaggyMac is not responsible for inaccurate shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any shipping dates or times provided are approximate. Conditions may arise which prevent compliance of delivery schedules. Non-delivered packages must be reported within 14 days of the purchase date. Most orders shipped within 24 hours*

Domestic Shipping:
Expedited via USPS & FedEx Services. USPS services run Monday-Saturday (except holidays). Federal Express services run Monday-Friday (except holidays). For your convenience, we offer several tiers of shipping services. Please visit the USPS & FedEx websites for service descriptions prior to ordering.

International Shipping:
Shipped via United States Postal Service. Tracking may or may not be provided with International service. ShaggyMac welcomes International orders only after a customer has read and agreed to our policy. ShaggyMac reserves the right to cancel, hold, or decline any order we deem suspect without notification. ShaggyMac will not be held responsible for any foreign fees incurred and said fees will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These fees could include, but are not limited to, duties, import fees, excise taxes, etc. In addition any packages confiscated, destroyed, or held by customs is also the responsibility of the customer. Any package returned to us by their local Customs due to non-entry into their Country will be refunded to the purchaser, less shipping & return shipping charges.


Returns
ShaggyMac is committed to customer satisfaction.

Incorrectly sent items will be replaced by ShaggyMac, including all shipping fees, if reported within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in same condition as received with all product packaging. Returns that are missing packaging will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. Due to certain manufacturers' return polices, you will be required to contact those manufacturers directly to repair, replace or return your products.

All returns for a refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Clearance items (hot buys outlet) are not eligible for return. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. With manufacturer's allowance, a Return Authorization Number may be requested 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days from your invoice date, you will be required to contact the manufacturers directly to repair, replace or return their products.

All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All RA Numbers must be referenced on the shipping label. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc.

Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original item is received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement will be shipped. If the defective item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed defective.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fees, and possibly a refusal of your return.
