Does ShaggyMac ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship Internationally to select destinations. Tracking is not provided with this service. The purchaser is responsible for any applicable Customs or Duty fees.

Is the ordering process secure?

Only orders that are shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania, are subject to 6% state sales tax.

We are from PA and are tax exempt?
We will deduct PA Sales Tax from retail & bulk orders if a valid PA State Sales Tax License or tax exempt status is preseneted to us.

How do I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please email us for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only send email tracking information to the email address on file with your order. (Tracking information available to USA orders only).

How do I clean my ShaggyMac Screen Protector?
After wiping away dust and dirt, wave it briskly to remove loose dust and dirt. Wash with a mild detergent and cool water. Machine wash only if needed and allow to air dry. Sticky roller-type lint removers work well to clean/restore.
